Due to increading public demand, Ebsar Foundation is conducting training on Arabic Hal screen reader. The foundation was committed, during the last four years, to training on a competing product. As demand for Hal continues to increase in Saudi Arabia, the Foundation dropped its approach as to only train on the competing product it did for the last four years and embraced training on Hal as well.

Hal is the only Arabic screen reader which enables blind candidated to take the ICDL test independently. Ebsar Foundation's trainees will be able to independently take the ICDL test with Hal after going through the required ICDL training.
